C | 目前，多部门针对“沙德尔”启动应急响应：　　由于“沙德尔”具有登陆强度大、携带水汽足、影响范围广、致灾性强等特点，国家防总、应急管理部今天将针对浙江、福建的防汛防台风四级应急响应提升至三级，针对广东的防汛防台风四级响应维持不变。　　根据《浙江省防汛防台抗旱应急预案》和第18号台风“沙德尔”防御工作方案，经研判会商，浙江省防指决定于8月26日12时将防台风应急响应提升至Ⅱ级。　　为应对台风“沙德尔”路径变化和后续影响，长三角铁路启动防台风防汛应急响应，计划对8月27日至28日杭温高铁、杭台高铁、金温铁路、金台铁路、甬金铁路，8月27日至29日杭深铁路等线路部分区段部分时段途经列车，采取临时停运措施。
