一 |     New Delhi, Oct 11 (UNI) Chief Justice Uday Umesh Lalit has recommended the name of Justice DY Chandrachud as his successor and as 50th CJI.

Lalit is retiring on November 8 this year. The next senior-most judge Justice Chandrachud will take oath on November 9 and demit the office on November 10, 2024.



The Union Law Ministry had on October 7, written a letter to Lalit requesting him to recommend his successor. Justice Chandrachud completed his LLB (Bachelor in Law, Degree) from Delhi University. He studied at Harvard University after receiving the prestigious Inlaks Scholarship. At Harvard, he completed his Masters in Law (LLM) and Doctorate in Juridical Sciences (SJD).

Chandrachud practised as an advocate in the Supreme Court, besides the High Courts of Gujarat, Calcutta, Allahabad, Madhya Pradesh, and Delhi before becoming a judge of the Bombay High Court.

二 | 我相信你熟悉“第一部5G手机”的说法。去年4月2日，中兴通讯在其微博上表示，已成功与中国移动广东公司在广州进行了基于3gpp R15标准的首次通话。9月下旬，外国媒体报道，爱立信与高通公司合作，使用智能手机形状的移动设备制造了世界上第一款5G手机。

三 | 这一次，世界上第一部5G手机的前面是一部定名为“手机”，这是另一层，但编辑认为，当真正的商业是国王。
